For Remedial Massage services, your session begins with a brief consultation.
Your Massage Therapist will discuss your concerns and may assess movement or muscular tension where appropriate, helping to identify the most suitable massage approach.
3. Personalised Session Recommendation
Based on the consultation, your therapist may recommend the most suitable massage therapy approach, which may include:
- • Remedial massage techniques
- • Therapeutic massage techniques
- • Supportive therapeutic modalities
- • A combination of massage techniques where appropriate
All recommendations are provided by your qualified Massage Therapist and tailored to your individual needs.
4. Massage Session
Your session may involve remedial massage techniques alone or combined with supportive therapeutic modalities where appropriate.
These approaches aim to support muscle relaxation, circulation, and overall physical comfort.
5. Aftercare Advice
Where appropriate, your therapist may provide aftercare advice or recommendations to support ongoing comfort and general wellbeing.
HEALTH & WELLNESS MASSAGE
For clients booking health and wellness massage services (available at our Braddon location), sessions focus on supporting general physical wellbeing and muscle comfort.
These sessions do not require a structured consultation process and are designed to provide a comfortable and supportive massage experience.
