Tunya Kitchener is the Founder and Clinical Director of Siam Orchid Thai Therapeutic Clinic. With over 10 years of experience, she holds a Diploma of Remedial Massage and has completed the TAE40122 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment in Australia.

As a certified Thai massage instructor trained with The Union of Thai Traditional Medicine Society, Tunya delivers structured in-house training programs to ensure consistent clinical standards, skills, and knowledge across her team.

We strive to offer professional and therapeutic services to all our guests. Our policies ensure a smooth experience for both new and returning clients, emphasizing punctuality to respect your time and ours.
  • Arrival to Your Massage Treatment
    • Arrival: Please arrive 10 minutes early to complete forms. Timely arrival ensures a relaxed session.
    • Late Arrivals: May result in shortened sessions or charges. We cannot extend sessions for late arrivals but will accommodate when possible with advanced notice.
  • Cancellation Policy
    • Fees:
      • A non-refundable fee of 20% applies to any cancellation, as we must secure your booking to ensure our therapist is available to look after you.
  • Stoppage Policy
    • Right to Halt: You can stop the massage at any time. A full refund is issued if halted within the first 15 minutes. No refunds after 15 minutes.
  • Respect Policy
    • Conduct: Sexual interaction or discussion is strictly prohibited. Violation will result in immediate termination of the treatment, full payment liability, and potential reporting to authorities.
  • Medical Conditions Policy
    • Disclosure: Inform your therapist of any current medical treatments and provide written permission from healthcare providers. Notify us of any health changes. Clients undergoing chemotherapy or radiation therapy must provide a doctor's note. For questions, contact us.
